I dont know anymore

So on this past Tuesday I randomly started having ovary pains on my left I was ready to go to the er when I decided not to go (I know stupid) but my pain went from an 8 to about a 3 my SO had wrapped me up in a heating blanket we have and it seemed to work a lot. It’s Friday today and my period according to ovia starts the 16th but according to glow I start the 23. I’ve been feeling Uber bloated and wake up nauseous. My mood is at a weird calm idgaf (the idgaf mood isn’t new but it is weirdly calm) it hurts when I move fast or certain ways (about a 3/4). Could this be a slight chance of being pregnant. Or another cyst. And for those about to say ‘go get checked’ or ‘we can’t help with this’ I have a doctors appointment the 17th so all I’m looking for is ADVICE on

what should I ask for and well has anyone experienced any of this. I’m grateful I’m weird calm because I’m not stressing so much about it. But help a girl out. Please!
