I'd let them sleep 20 minutes and then wake them up. You don't want them to sleep so long that they aren't tired at bedtime, but if you force them to stay up, they will be over tired. Over tired babies wake more often and do not sleep as well.

My son’s bedtime is about 7ish but if he decides to have a nap about 5-6 I just let him go and just push his bedtime back a bit.
