Working hard and losing some weight but looking heavier???
Has this happened to anyone else?
I have been really working hard and I have lost a couple pounds but I looked in the mirror last night in the gym and honestly look heavier than I did a few days ago...
could I be bloating?
Water weight? I’ve been drinking a TON more water then normally.
I am just curious what is happening and if this has happened to anyone else
I was actually feeling pretty hot (although I am still chunk but still I was feeling myself) last week and yesterday looking at myself in the mirror was actually quite a mental set back for me because I don’t know what is happening.
Also in case it matters I haven’t ever really tried to work out and diet before this.
