AF Showed :(

I’m just hoping for some positive vibes as I’m feeling super sad.

This is my first month really TTC and AF showed her ugly self yesterday. I know it often doesn’t happen the first month you try, but I’m still feeling a bit discouraged. My mind always jumps to worst case scenario: “What if something’s wrong with me,” “What if I can NEVER get pregnant,” things like this.

I’m really trying to stay positive for next month, but any words of advice or positive vibes would be so helpful!
