Read , and reply... please!

So my fiancé and I currently have our own home , a car, and a stable, comfortable income. Our home is 3 bedrooms and a basement. Our room , the nursery (baby girl due in August) , and a spare. Well my finances best friend of 10+ years recently became homeless living out of his car. Should I let him stay here ? A few years back my fiancé and I had no where to stay and he let us stay with him for awhile. I'm just worried that all my finances time will be spent with his friend. I've tried asking the lord what to do and I'm just clueless, please give me your input!!
