Serious question. I haven’t have sex in 4 months. And have used a cup every month on my flow. I noticed by the end of each cycle my cup is way easier to get in and idk if it’s because it’s making my vag wider or what.

The likelihood is that you become more used to and more comfortable with putting your cup in by the end of your period that you are more relaxed when doing so. Try not to worry yourself!

its the same with sex. the more sex you have, the more relaxed your vagina gets. if you stop having sex. your vagina goes back to being tighter. the cup isnt doing anything permanent to your body. your body is just accomodating the cup. also, ive actually had cycles where the first day was the easiest and how easy it would be to insert or remove just changed throughout the whole cycle.

It gets more flexible and uh slippery lol At least for me. The first time I put it in it's a little rigid from unuse.
