So self-conscious about my early bump

Anyone else feel like they’re carrying big? I’m 13 weeks this is my first pregnancy but I’m fully showing. I’m 5’2 and about 110 lbs and I already look pregnant. It’s not bloat it’s not me shoving my stomach out. I didn’t gain anywhere but my stomach.

I had an ultrasound the other day where the baby is measuring ahead of where it was at the dating scan, so maybe the baby’s just big?

I feel so embarrassed 😞 people are already making jokes about how it must be twins.

Edit: I also never had morning sickness so I didn’t lose any weight at the beginning.
