When did your baby start drinking water?

I haven’t introduced water to my baby yet, and he’ll be 7 months in a few weeks.

I’ve read up on it but I’m curious to see what other moms have done and how their baby was/is.

My MIL bought him a sippy cup a while back that says 6mo and up and has been asking why he’s not using it.

He doesn’t have any teeth rn too.

- yes I know I can ask his doctor. I’m just seeing when other moms have done it.

Doctors can say “no solids, strictly milk until 4-6 mos” (paraphrased) but some moms say “I’ve given my baby mashed beans at 2 months old”

Every mom is different and have different experiences with their babies.
