Very early scan help....

My last period was the 5th of March. I saw my doctor last week who suggested an early scan to confirm dates ( I am unsure of options at this point).

I had a scan and radiologist questioned ectopic as she couldn’t see anything in uterus or something very small. I went to my local hospital and a repeat scan was conducted, advised no sign of ectopic and all that was seen was a tiny dot and advised I was roughly just 5 ish weeks pregnant, does this seem reasonable?? Should something more been seen?
