37 + 6 and super sick

I've been up all night getting sick, nothing will stay down, not even water. Now I'm stuck dry heaving everywhere. My year and a half old is sick too, poor baby. He's refused to eat all day yesterday and now today. Daddy doesn't feel too hot either. Ugh. Why now? My stomach is soo sore from getting sick so much and my whole body feels weak and hurts. I'm worried that being dehydrated will hurt the baby. I've been having a lot of pains the past few days and feel he is coming soon. I called my midwife, but they usually take a minute to call back.. Anyone else have something similar happen? Is my little guy going to be okay? I can only imagine he is miserable too, having mommy's tummy constantly squeezing him like that... 😢😢
