How long until you felt/looked back to normal?

I am 5 weeks PP and I still look pregnant. How long until u ladies lost ur prego belly pooch? I’ve been walking everyday and I cannot wait to get back into my pre-prego clothes!

Are you wearing a belly band or something similar? Our local hospital provides them after all deliveries but you can purchase them online as well. They help to bind your stomach and provide support for your muscles while they are still healing.

9 months pp and still have mummy tummy even though I am below pre pregnancy weight.

Never?  I don’t know.  My stomach looks horrible and I’m 17 months PP.  I didn’t do anything after I gave birth because I didn’t know I was suppose to.  Maybe the brace would have helped.  Doing kickboxing and taking collegen and hoping for a huge miracle💁🏼‍♀️

3 months about. I was feeling great at 2 months but still had a tiny belly.

3 months I really started to feel normal again  and my clothes were fitting. 6 months I was totally back to prepregnancy belly.
