What breakfast lunch and dinner foods do you feed your 1 year old?

I give my son egg with orange juice or apple juice in the morning, and then usually a soup for lunch with apple on the side or pears.

Whatever we are eating. He loves over-easy eggs and toast for breakfast. Muffins. Yogurt. Lunch we usually have leftovers from dinner, or pb&j;, or tuna. And dinner we do a meat, vegetable or two and carb. I’m never going to make a separate meal for him, I’m not a short order cook lol so he eats whatever we eat,

My 13 month old eats everything, my 2y/o is a bit more picky(she ate nothing but strawberries for dinner tonight😪)
A typical day:
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, english muffin, strawberries and milk
Snacks: cheese, pepper strips, beanies, poppables, whole apples(my kids won’t eat apple slices- weirdos lol), peanut butter crackers ect and water
Dinner: chicken or turkey, pasta/rice, veggies and milk, strawberries or go-ber(greek yogurt)
Special occasions: pizza, cookies
They have a bottle of water to access at all times
They never have candy or juice(unless they are constipated)
We don’t have lunch since breakfast is at 11am, we are all late sleepers

Our daughter is 10 months and has always eaten what we eat. For breakfast, she loves yogurt, yogurt melts, scrambled eggs, bananas, strawberries, avocado, pancakes, toast, etc.For lunches she loves pasta, hard boiled eggs, fruits and berries, banana bread, crackers, etc. And then for dinner, she eats what we're eating: pasta, rice, chicken, salmon, sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes, sweet potato fries, steamed veggies, etc. She eats just about anything we're eating.

I like to grab different chicken nuggets, veggie tots/patties and meals like that in the health/organic section for quick lunches..
My 15 month old eats whatever we eat for dinner..
Quick meals for the day or sides would be; grilled cheese, cheese and crackers, hummus with crackers or veggies, macaroni and cheese or noodles with butter and parm, frozen or canned veggies, canned beans, lunch meat, yogurt, pbj or pb toast, fruit and avocado, avocado toast, just whatever I’ve got around! 
Sometimes I boil some pasta and peas and mix in whatever else I’ve got say leftover chicken, mix in some butter and parm and have a little dish to feed him off of all week!
Look up toddler dishes, toddler pasta salad, babyfood muffins and that sort of thing on Pinterest!! 😋

Really whatever you want! My son is 18 months and only 2 teeth when he was one so I stuck to softer foods like eggs, and pastas. 
Now he’s 18 months he still only has 6 teeth but he eats more normal foods now! Typically he has toast, fruit and yogurt for breakfast, cheese sandwiches, cucumber, tomatoes etc for lunch and then dinner is always whatever I eat! Which tends to be pasta and fresh veggies and some meat depending on what we have.
Follow your kids example they defo let you know what they like and don’t like!

Veggies (cucumber, broccoli, ect), a fruit, and probably more hotdog or nugget for dinner
Just a sample of a day. It varies like if we go out to eat. Like he had peaches and egg for breakfast then we went to a buffet for lunch and he ate chicken, broccoli, mac and cheese, and some of my meatloaf then still wanted daddy's ice cream and ate a tangerine at abuela's house right after.
