Pills and 2 months spotting until today

Hey ladies so a little quick history I been taking the pills for years and like 3 years ago I stopped fast forward I got pregnant and gave birth in November 2016 after that of course again on the pill so last month I started spotting which never happen and now this month I’m bleeding and it’s only the first week on the pills would you ladies think my body is rejecting the pill now after so long of taking it or what should I do I have an appointment with my gyn of course but I’m freaking out here
