What are some signs of a yeast infection compared to other things???

My urine and discharge smells sweet, but they’re both cloudy. My discharge has white globs in it, kinda like male semen, but it isn’t cum!! I also have a lot of itching, I got an STD test 2 weeks ago and haven’t had any new partners or anything since January.

I have no STD and she didn’t say anything about infections. What am I experiencing?!?
