I’ve always heard, sex is for the other person, in your marriage. It’s not about you. You both should be pleasing each other. Masturbation can slowly separate you & make you independent from your spouse. Not to mention it’s a selfish act/sin & can be lustful.

would I be ok if my spouse did this? 
Would I comfortable with my spouse being aware of what I’m doing? 
If it’s anything you feel you should hide- then it’s wrong. 
If it’s something you’ve discussed and your spouse is not ok with it- then it’s wrong. 
Biblically that is why men were to be circumcised- to remove the sinful part of the flesh which makes it easy to masturbate. 
If you aren’t certain still, talk to a member of leadership/clergy/pastor and ask. 
Read your Bible and ask God to reveal to you the right way and remember if you resist the devil- he WILL flee.

Honestly I would say it’s okay if it’s a use of foreplay. Like if it were me I wouldn’t do it unless it was in front of my husband to set the mood. If that makes any sense. But I do believe it is a sin without your husband and it could cause separation. It actually is selfish because you’re just finding pleasure for yourself. Not your husband.
