Let's talk IVF Health Insurance in Boston

DH and I are looking at doing IVF here in Boston, and we'd love any input on which health insurance will provide the greatest coverage. We're feeling really blessed to be in MA, where health insurance mandates at least some IVF coverage. However, the insurance companies aren't very transparent about what they'll cover (you basically need to sign up and THEN learn exactly what's covered). Anyone have any experience with Massachusetts health plans and IVF? I've heard Blue Cross/Blue Shield is good, but I'm only seeing info on HMO plans. Thoughts?
