Need some helpful advice please

Hey all

I had a miscarriage back in Feb this year :( didn't even know I was pregnant as me and husband was planing on a baby and hadn't been bless so been trying for 2 years. Well after my miscarriage my march cycle I had a period and it around for 9/10 and for the rest of that mouth I was spotting. Had a normal period this month and bleed for 7 days but before that one showed up, was spotting before period and now I'm spotting again :( I don't know what is going on. Did a test just now and this is what I got :/
