Low AMH

Just wondering if anyone has had a similar experience or can offer some advice. My husband and I have been trying for over a year to get pregnant. Got pregnant in January with just femara from my OBGYN (found out ironically, the day of my first RE appt.-cancelled that obviously) but it ended up being an ectopic pregnancy and was treated in February with methotrexate but ended up rupturing my right tube 3 weeks later. Had an emergency salpingectomy. Have now seen an RE once. Had my initial bloodwork and baseline ultrasound to start treatment (femara and ovidrel trigger) in May since you have to wait 3 months after methotrexate. Had a little surprise last week when my AMH went from 1.5 to .6 in 8 months. My RE wants me meet with my husband and I next Monday to discuss a more aggressive treatment plan. What questions would you ask? Do I just jump right to IVF or do I give IUI a try?
