Early labor?

Last time I went to a doctors appointment I was dilated to a 2 and 80 effaced. Haven’t had any other signs of labor until last night. I haven’t been able to sleep at all last night because I keep getting contractions. At first they were consistent and almost 5 mins apart lasting around a minute each. Now they’re sorta irregular. The lower back pain hurts soooo bad. Now i’m starting to lose mucus plug and there’s a tint of blood in each piece. Is this early labor? Should I go in to L&D; to be checked?
