Tattoos!

Not debating whether they’re appropriate or not...just wondering for the people who are tattooed, did you research your artist first? Did you get an exact copy of a design you saw or something original? My husband and I are both tattooed but we have original pieces only all by the same artist that we already had a personal relationship with and know has a great reputation. The thought of getting a random design off a wall from someone I’ve never met just seems so odd to me but I can understand how it may appeal to adventure seekers 🤷‍♀️ just curious to know how you tattooed beauties went about your decision making 😉
