Circumcising??

So today the topic came up about circumcising your baby I’m only 9 weeks pregnant and yes I am aware that I’m not far along yet too no what I’m having but the topic just gives me so much to think about wether I should or I shouldn’t so any advice on the topic just for future reference?

They have ruled circumscision medically unnecessary  and a lot of insurances including Medicaid will no longer cover it so that’s definitely something to check into before deciding

My advice is don't listen to extreme arguments either way. I was next to my 2 boys during their circumcision and they hardly made a peep. So no its not this horrendously cruel thing to do. But I also don't think my boys would have horrible infections or diseases if we hadn't have done it. Do whatever you and your family decide is best.

It has been ruled medically uncessecary, it does cause them pain no matter what people try to argue. It is basically cutting off nerves that have NO reason to be removed. I fully believe in keeping boys intact. I highly suggest doing as much research as possible if you are already unsure, as there is tons of informative articles out there.

i personally won’t be just because my boyfriend isn’t and knows how to properly take care of it so he will be teaching him everything he needs to know

so many comments on here are so incorrect, but i dont want to be rude or start any debates with anyone.
i just had my 1st boy almost a month ago, and we decided to leave him intact, just the way God and nature intended. boys are born perfect too :)
and no he doesnt match daddy, #breakthecycle
the best advice is to research and make am educated decision, good luck in whatever you choose

We are. My husband found out he was at 31 years old because his mother asked if we were going to. 🤣 so I asked my husband his thoughts and we both agreed we will circumcise our son

I did with my 3 week old. Within a week it was healed and looks completely normal. It was tender to change his diaper the first few days but we've had no issues with it. 
It's such a common practice nowa days that there are rarely issues.
