Acne scars/mark lightener????

Does anyone have any suggestions how to get rid of acne scars? These look like active pimples but they’re not; they’re from the bad skin days of middle school. 
I want to be able to go makeup feee this summer without feeling insecure!

Differin is what helped my acne scars. 
Lightening cream/dark spot corrector should help as well. Ponds makes great stuff. I’m currently using garnier’s (spelt wrong probably) dark spot corrector and it seems to be helping a bit. Smells great 🤷🏼‍♀️

I had scars from middle school and high school too (still do). The only thing that has helped was doing some profractional laser treatments last year. I definitely can see a difference but will be doing some more sessions this year as well. It's spendy but worth it to me :) good luck!
