A male teacher from my school gently ran the back of his finger against my cheek and complemented my skin (see description)

There is a male teacher at my school, let’s call him Mr Johnson*. I’m not in his class but I’ve been there a couple times to take pictures for the yearbook and he’s always been super friendly and nice to me. Like, really friendly. Today I was sitting in my science class and I realized that since I started Swim Team my fingers don’t wrinkle as much in the water, many other swimmers noticed this too so I was talking about it to the science teacher, but she didn’t know why that happened. Then, Mr Johnson* walked into the classroom. I said “hi” and decided to ask him about it also. He said it might be because of something they put in the pool. I was running my hands across my face because I thought there was a line in my foundation. I said, “the only thing they put in that pool is chlorine,” to which he said “Well, whatever it is,” he ran the back of his index finger across my cheek, I flinched, “it makes your skin look amazing,” Soooooo am I paranoid or was that creepy AF??
