Suggestions for eczema on hands?

Any suggestions for what to put on this? Looks like eczema. She constantly has her hands in her mouth. I’m thinking Vaseline? Coconut oil doesn’t work. And the super low dose OTC steroid cream that I mix with baby lotion periodically (for her eczema) is probably out of the question since she’s constantly sucking on her hands and fingers.

I took my son in because he had large blotches all over his arms and face like your baby’s.  The Dr said: “ dermatologists literally want you to dip your kid in vaseline”. I had  a good laugh and bought a tub of the stuff and every night I massage him head to toe. It has worked wonders for us! For my son I use tube socks instead of mittens, the longer socks(crew) can go up to mid forearm so it’s harder to remove. He is a thumb sucker and mittens were too easy to take off, even in sleep.

Aquaphor or hydrocortisone cream and mittens work wonders! 💕

Coconut oil or Vaseline. Don’t wash the hands too much, and don’t use those baby shampoo and lotions. If you need to use a soap, baby dove is the most mild and safe. 
My little brother has this. Pediatrician said to use hydrocortisone  1% (don’t do it unless your evaluated)
