Nipple Pain

So I have been on the pill for months now but recently the renewal of a new pack got delayed so I skipped the pill for a whole week and had unprotected sex on that week and the following week but by this week I was already on the pill again.

It has been 3 weeks since the week I missed the pill and my nipples hurt and are itchy. They hurt mostly when I squeeze them and the pain lingers a while when I do.

Could it be that I may be pregnant or could it be the effect of starting the pill again?

I should start my period next week.

My periods usually last 6 days and are about 22 days apart. I think I had unprotected sex on the week I ovulated.
