Work work work

Ok I am about done! I can’t with this pain. I was diagnosed with spd, my ankles swell, my feet and back ache. I am 7.5months pregnant working 12hr shifts on my feet. I need the money so bad and don’t know what to do. Why can’t America get its shit together. I want to work but my body is fighting me every step of the way. Tell me there’s some answer to this madness besides moving to a smarter country?!
