I took it when I conceived my last son. Not sure if only thing, as I was temping, OPK strips, taking progesterone and doing acupuncture. It was quite the journey. But I did take it for about 4-5 months at the end and I ended up pregnant. I’m taking it now as we are trying again.

I started using vitex to help control some post ovulation spotting. Got my positive the second month on it.

I’m so curious about Vitex! My cycle is consistent but I have cysts and fibroids, and have read that Vitex can help reduce them.
