Pregnant 5 years post Tubal Ligation?

Raylene

My period is a week late and for the past two years it's always been on time give or take a day.. not several. I have three kids (7,8,9) each 13 months apart and I got my tubes clamped in 2013. I started this week with period cramps which subsided yesterday, I started this week with a very sore lower back which also subsided yesterday. I also started this week with somewhat tender breasts which increased in pain day by day. They still hurt, like crying hurt. They have also gotten fuller and heavier. And the past two weeks all I've been doing is sleeping and zero energy when I'm not sleeping. I've felt some mild nausea but I didn't really experience nausea with my previous pregnancies. With my third pregnancy, at 6 weeks I looked about 15-20weeks. And I'm starting to look pregnant like I did then. I was 23 when I got the clamps out on (two each tube) and after a night of research and cross research, females under the age of 30 have an increased fail rate, the filshie clamp has the highest fail rate, and fail rate increases after 5 years post surgery. Buying a test tomorrow but my mind is spinning. *photo 1 taken tonight ;; photo 2 was taken about 2 months ago*
