My prenatals are triggering nausea

So I’ve been on one a day for about a week currently 5 wks preggo..2 pills I’ve been taking in the am right when I wake up...I feel that right when I’m tryin to swallow them I get automatic nautious feeling. This morning I threw up for the first time it literally was right after the pill went down...I also bought the gummies so I guess I’ll try those instead..anyone else have a crappy feeling while trying to swallow there pills? I can stomach any other pill this is just weird🙄🤔
