Baby drags left foot?

My daughter will be 10 months old next week and we have noticed that any time she is walking with the pushing walker, her left foot in turned out and it drags. Her right foot is straight and takes the proper step to push the walker, but left one just drags and stays outward. Anyone else’s little one doing this? A little concerned it could be something neurological. Or nothing at all. She was hitting all milestones months earlier than most, but kind of stalled out at around 7 months. She also does not yet clap, point or gesture, so that’s what has me worried this all may be something neurological. She talks a lot, has crawled since she was 4 months old, lifts herself up on everything. But just concerned about the other things.
