this is gonna sound soo silly, but I've been backed up a bit, compared to usual. I usually have a bowel movement 3 or 4 times a day. its ridiculous I know. and now I'm having 1 once or twice a day. today I've been cramping. I cant tell if its gas or normal cramping. i feel like I need to go, but cant. I'm freaking out a bit from a recent miscarriage. I took a test to make sure lines were still good, it is.. I dont see doc until may 1st.. any positive words for me? anything I can use to help relieve it. thanks ladies! I'm 6w4d today.
