Please help.

I went to the ER on Tuesday due to some vaginal bleeding. I miscarried in December so instantly had a panic. The ER doctor told me I had a Subchronic Hemorrage, it was small but I was put on pelvic rest. I had my HCG levels tested at the ER & the we’re at 3,419. The ER doctor told me to get them checked in 48hours to make sure they are doubling & not lowering, the doctors office just called & they are rising but not doubling, Thursday I was at only 3,672. Needles to say I’m freaking out, has this happened to anyone else.
