Pain in vagina😭 TMI

Hey y’all so I have a problem. TMI I’m sorry. But I masturbated a lot recently and I’m thinking I did too much with too big of a toy😭. 2 days and about 4 rounds each. My vagina didn’t hurt afterwards, but the day after I started noticing pain. I noticed a small cut on the left side near my vaginal opening, so I put some Neosporin on it and assumed it would go away. Idk if neosporin got inside and caused an infection or something?? No smell I don’t think. Maybe just a little bit of white chunky discharge but I think it may be nothing. Anyways now there’s redness and pain all along the inside of my inner labia and it burns. It’s been about 3 days since. Almost feels like its throbbing. And there’s some bumps around my lower vulva. I haven’t had sex with anyone but myself so it’s not STD but please help!! Im so confused here.
