Implantation bleeding?

I used opks to track my ovulation this month and I ovulated on Day 17 of my cycle. I often ovulate on Day 17 and I have a 29 day cycle. Tonight, at Day 25 of my cycle, I just noticed a bit of blood when I went to the toilet. It’s a very small amount but it is red like period blood... So to sum up, I am 8 dpo (confirmed) and wiping blood. Is it possible to get your period only 8 days after ovulation? I know the only way to tell is to just wait it out and see if my flow gets any heavier but I am anxious to hear any opinions!
