Spotting on progesterone

Tips for not spotting with progesterone? I’m 8 weeks 3 days & has bright red bleeding that tapered quickly to light pink spotting and then stopped completely. Obviously freaked out & went to the doctor, all was fine with the baby and a strong heart beat. Had spotting this morning again after inserting progesterone last night & this morning. I’m on lovenox & aspirin so I’m sure that doesn’t help, but the spotting just started & ive been on progesterone since 3dpo. I tried inserting w my finger instead of the applicator but I feel like that irritated it more. I can’t wait to stop these things 😒
