Fall at 20 weeks

I work in the hospital and yesterday I had a patient who fell..... on top of me. So naturally, my little under 5 ft body did nothing for this half giant patient. I didn't fall hard, but should I be concerned? I have some abdominal pain on the lower right side, but no spotting. I am honestly not the best at recognizing baby movement so I feel like it has decreased, but do not want to say that with 100% certainty. My OB is not open until Monday, otherwise I would just call her.
