helpp

I was 5 days late yesterdaye and started bleeding last night. Normally by this morning im pouring but there was only a couple of spots in my pad. Its there when I wipe but not heavy or any clots. (I always clot real bad) could I still be pregnant or just hopeful thinking? Maybe af is just playing tricks on me. I did this same thing with my son but I was carrying twins and lost one. No way the same thing is happening again!
