Allergies & TTC: Help!
I have horrible seasonal allergies but we are TTC. I don’t ovulate until next week but if I wanted to take something to help, would nose spray be better than Claritin? I’m wondering if the nose spray will stay localized and not impact cm? Any insight would be helpful! Thank you
