I’m 13 and since I turned maybe 10 I have always been told how skinny I am. Most people I assume aren’t trying to be mean about it and they say it like it’s a compliment but I’m super self conscious about it. I’ve been very concerned coz I don’t know if I’m too skinny or not. Is there a way to tell when you’re too skinny that it looks unhealthy?
