Super confused?

So I had an ultrasound at the ER at 6 weeks exactly and according to ramzi (if I’m correct) it was a girl BUT I’m no genius or pro when it comes to the theory and I would like second opinions although these ultrasounds are at 9 weeks and 1 day, is there any way you could guess the gender? Also every time I show someone my ultrasound they ask if I’m having twins but my ultrasound tech said nothing about the second white spot in the sac, has anyone else had this in their ultrasounds? (This ultrasound was done at a 4d ultrasound place)
