What yall think?

Sorry for the graphic content this is on the floor but I just need yall input. I am 9 dpo and my period is not due until Thursday. I had this pad on for 12hrs and thats all that appears on it. I woke up to brown/pink spotting and then it disappear then when i get very light cramp i will see a little tinge of reddish blood but its not really red its like browinsh red. Does it seem like implantation to y’all? My luteal length is 12 and i never experience nothing like this days before my cycle..
