Need major help

Hi... so I’ve been trying to get myself off and nothing is working, my boyfriend has also tried to help me with everything also, honestly I have tried everything! I make sure that I’m not stressed about it and I keep all distractions away, I feel like a few times I’ve been close but then the feeling just goes away and

I don’t know when I am close... I don’t have anything that vibrates either because I don’t have any money for that and can’t order offline... is there anything I can do? I’ve tried myself, and had my boyfriend try to help but nothing seems to work.... help please
