Homeschooled and don’t have prom

I wanted to ask for tips to make friends around where I live. I’ve been getting homeschooled for 5 years and I don’t have any friends. I’ve never been out or gone to a dance and not going to the prom either. I’m 16 years old and I just feel lonely. I know there’s the big senior prom but everyone I used to go to school with back in elementary are doing these amazing things and I just feel like I’m not boring and basically a loser. I have social media but it’s not really easy. I rather stay anonymous so any questions etc will be updated in the post. Thank you :)

Sadly everything in meets are 2-4 hours away and all the kids out here are in public school. The kids I knew don’t really like me and we never got along as it is. I will try activities and getting a job. Thanks again
