I don't remember this ever happening

Ok I was on the bed laughing and messing around with my boyfriend about to have sex when I got an acid reflux feeling in my stomach. I sat up and it went away but I started feeling nauseous, and literally almost threw up and got a cramp and now I'm shitting myself. This has never happened before but I'm only asking cause I had my period this month and 6 days later I had some light bleeding on and off for the past 5 days and it was during my fertile window. Also been getting nauseous whenever I eat after I bought it cause I craved it. Nose has been stuffy but am I sick, preg, or just hyped
