While sneezing lying down

I was wondering if it was just me or does it hurt to sneeze while lying on your side?

I usually sleep with my pregnancy pillow which keeps support under my belly and my back. Just last night when I didn’t use it, I had a pillow supporting my back I guess because I had turned on my other side, and sneezed in my sleep and had this immense pain under my belly.

I’m 35 weeks pregnant

Anyone else familiar with this? What does it mean
