Any Hope?

Question

I was supposed to be 6w4d when I had the below scan. The nurse couldn’t see a heart beat or a baby. I have to go back in 10 days to see if there is any change 
Has anyone been through this before and it be ok? How far does this scan look to you?
I’ve already lost 2 babies and I don’t think I can cope with losing a 3rd 😓

I had my first one at 6 weeks 5 days I think (with twins). They could hear heartbeats then, but I understand that up to 7 or so weeks you might not be able to hear it. Hopefully next time you go in it will be there. Good luck.

These is a HUGE difference between 6+4 and let’s say one week earlier at 5+4. If you would have ovulated / implanted later then your LMP suggests, you could be a tad earlier then what you think. I see the yolk sac which is a great sign. 
At 5+3, we were only able to see an empty gestational sac with me. When I went back at 6+3, we were able to to see yolk sac, baby and heartbeat. What a difference a couple days can make.
