Miscarriage confusion 🤨 pics

On Tuesday April 17 my numbers were 116 and on Thursday April 19 they were 99
April 14 pm test
No bleeding, did have cramping and back pain though. I was told I’d miscarry soon. Except Sensitive boobs isnt going away like the last two miscarriages this year? They still hurt right now. My nips are so sensitive. I am so confused! This is today this morning. What could be causing this? I was having little to no cramps a few days ago and I still FEEL pregnant. ( sore boobs) I get my numbers done Tuesday again
