Period and weight gain
Does anyone else gain weight leading up to when their period arrives? If so, how much do you gain? I’ve only had my period twice in the past two months, before then I hadn’t gotten it in two years due to health reasons. I have put on about 1.5/2kg this week, but I know my period is due any day now. I’m still worried though
