How were your pregnancies different? How were they the same?

With my first daughter, I had absolutely no morning sickness, craved sweets like ice cream and cupcakes when I normally don't. I had constant mild cramping in the beginning as well. Spotting at around 7 weeks for a couple of days. Never had Braxton hicks with her but started leaking colostrum at around 16 weeks and continued throughout my pregnancy. Felt first flutters/kicks at around 18 weeks. I ended up having high blood pressure and preeclampsia towards the end with her. My entire body including my face swelled up. I had HORRIBLE Heartburn starting at around 15 weeks and progressively got worse. She was also on the bigger side and my placenta was enormous (LOL). It looked like I was carrying multiples and constantly asked if I was having twins. It was very difficult for me to get around. My water broke one day after my due date, but never progressed and had to have an emergency c-section. I had lots of complications during surgery and my recovery took much longer than expected.
With my second daughter, I had occasional morning sickness throughout the day, craved spicy potato chips, cheese, and bananas. I spotted for 8 weeks starting at 4 weeks. I had hardly any swelling, no high blood pressure or preeclampsia (thank goodness). Started feeling her move very early at around 11-12 weeks (had MMC at around 12 weeks before I got pregnant with her...so really my third pregnancy). I hardly had any heartburn but had lots of rib pain. Only leaked once out of one breast at around 30 weeks. I had Braxton hicks that started at around 20 weeks. False labor and contractions sent me to the hospital twice. She was tiny (3 pounds lighter than her sister). Had a repeat c-section at exactly 39 weeks. Surgery and recovery went very smoothly...much better than my first.
I'm currently 10 weeks with my forth pregnancy (third baby) and I think this pregnancy is very similar to my second daughter's so far. But no spotting this time...thankfully! I'm also feeling the baby move already here and there. I know it is very early, but I know it's the baby because it's really low on left side and is where implantation occurred.

Prior to this pregnancy, all my craving with my boys were the same, and with my girls the cravings were the same. Except this boy, he threw me for a loop and my cravings this time are the same as they were with my girls! Same with acne breakouts. Nothing with my other boys but crazy breakouts with all four of my girls and THIS boy. My weight gain has been pretty consistent with all pregnancies, 55-65 pounds each time. The differences would be strange hormonal reactions and starting to like foods I previously never liked. Examples: shrimp, tomatoes, red peppers. Hormonal reactions: one pregnancy my nipples itched like freaking crazy for weeks until I started using cortisone cream. Another pregnancy it was the tops of my hands. Another I developed a sun allergy. This time, I just hurt all over! I’m way bigger at 23 weeks than I was at 30 weeks with any other pregnancy and my aches and pains are like that if a pregnancy well into the third trimester. I’m ready to be done!

with my first pregnancy I had severe morning sickness starting in the 2nd trimester and it stayed until I gave birth. I didn't have any food cravings, but had so many food aversions that there weren't many foods I could eat. but I felt pretty energetic at least. I'm only 24.5 weeks along with this pregnancy but so far I only had mild nausea in the first trimester, and then I had really bad constipation for a while, loads of food cravings (the biggest one salads with the works and fruit) and the only food aversion I seem to have is crunchy peanut butter (but she's totally fine with creamy?) And sometimes bananas.

With my first, I had more cramping early on and my breasts hurt. I also ended up with PUPPS at the end, which sucked. This time I had no breast soreness and only had some cramping very early on. This baby seems much more active than my first, and I have more pelvic pain sometimes, but both pregnancies have been pretty much smooth sailing. I never had any morning sickness with either pregnancy.

my first pregnancy my son was so calm . I craved mangos all day and only ate chicken. this one the baby is so active. all day just non stop. very demanding as far as what side I sleep on and all I want is spicy salty apples lol. pregnancy number 2 is also scarier, I was send to a high risk doc because we found out I am a carrier for a gene that can affect the growth of the baby. the good thing is my husband isn't a carrier so we are ok. I also failed my 1hr glucose test but passed the 3hr one.
