Feeling scared...

I was having really early pregnancy symptoms and I home tested positive around the 13th of this month. Last week I had breast pain, tons of nausea, food aversion... But the last couple days I haven't felt anything at all. Then yesterday I felt pain so I went to the ER. They said I had a urinary tract infection but it wasn't bad, so they were concerned that it wasn't that which is causing the pain. They did a blood test and my beta hcg was at 1,407. They also did an ultrasound but weren't able to see anything so the doctor thinks I am around 4 weeks. But I am really scared that I am not having any symptoms of pregnancy anymore. Has this ever happened to anyone? Does it sound like I am having a miscarriage? I prayed so much for this baby and now... I don't know what is happening. The doctor told me to come back in 2 days to check my levels again and maybe try another ultrasound... That would be tomorrow morning. I am scared. 😭💔
